Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
- Pinch of cayenne for heat
Directions
Combine all ingredients…excluding garlic! in bowl, toss to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking stone. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees F for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. We like ours a little crunchy so I bake them for 10-15 minutes longer!( 10-15 minutes before the potatoes are done toss with the garlic and continue to make for the reaming time
