Cucumber, Gherkin

Little pickles!  We love to eat these raw.  They have a tart, crisp flavor, and stay fresh for several weeks.  You can also turn them into sweet or dill pickles, but honestly, they never last that long in our house!  Market go-ers who have tried them are either hooked on them, buying some each week, or take one nibble and that’s enough!  What do you think?
