Shannens Grandmas Broccoli Casserole


  • 1 med head broccoli, cut into florets, blanched, and drained
  • 2 cups shredded  Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 32 buttery round crackers, crushed


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter; add the cracker crumbs and stir

until evenly coated.  Split the cracker mix in half add half to the bottom of the casserole dish. Place broccoli in casserole dish and cover with cheese.

. Sprinkle the remaining crackers over the cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes
